The venue met standards. The place was high-class with service-minded staff at the reception desk. Loved the stay. The location was comfortable and very suitable, in the city centre. Café Wayback Burgers located 1 km away was a nice surprise. My rewritten version will be: The venue lived up to expectations. It was luxurious with attentive staff at the reception. The location was convenient, right in the city center. The discovery of Café Wayback Burgers just 1 km away was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was clean with helpful staff, from the receptionist to the housekeeping. The location by the garden was magnificent and unbeatable. We were just a short walk from all transports and amazing street food restaurants.

Staff was friendly. Location is excellent.

The price is overpriced for a room like this.

The property is beautifully maintained and top-class. the room is generous-sized and recently renovated, equipped with Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, and an iron. - Perfect location near a shopping mall, bars, and cafés.

the breakfast the lobby of the hotel is marvellous , the location is very near from pavillion mall , no need to go to bucket bintang street to go pavellion mall , u can walk to petronass twintours by walking , they have good spa and massage,they will give you 15% discount for spa. food services in room is good , they have small garden with concreat chairs outside the hotel for smoking, which is good

the internet not free and no wirless at room just cabel and u have to pay also at the lobby,

Old hotel thats need to be renovated!!

The place is in a prime location, within walking distance of KLCC and Pavilion areas, and the room is tidy, well-equipped with essentials like a hairdryer and iron, plus has beautiful decoration.

Had to wait 1 hour to get our rooms although I booked the rooms a week ahead and arrived at the hotel at 3.00pm! I requested an extra bed in one of the rooms upon booking and it was not in our room.Than requested it two more times at 6pm , house keeping and front staff. At 10.30 pm it still had not arrived and had to request it again!!!!! Finally after speaking up loud and clear we received the extra bed at 11.00pm without an apology! However it took the front desk less than a minute after to tell that there was an extra charge that I already knew!

loved our rooms with a great view. the hotel was perfectly located between two stations on the monorail system.

The hotel is conveniently situated just 1 km away from an Isetan the Japan store. Its proximity to street food, bars, shopping centers, attractions, and tourist hotspots makes it an ideal location.

it is wonderful classy venue, it offers amazing pool and the location is magnificent close to all the attractions.
